Over the last few years, jewelry made with raw stones has quickly grown in popularity thanks to sites like Etsy. In case you are new to this gorgeous trend, raw stones are gemstones (like emeralds or rubies) that haven’t been cut and polished to resemble the gems you typically see in fine jewelry stores. In other words, the stone looks the same as when it was dug up out of the earth. So it retains its natural color along with its rough and raw shape giving it a natural “unprocessed” look.
Raw stone jewelry typically isn’t found in mainstream stores. You usually have to buy it online, but on the bright side, you can find it at all price points, making it obtainable for many of us. So to help introduce you to this unique type of jewelry, below are 15 beautiful examples of raw stone rings that can all be found on Etsy.
